Here’s a quick update on the rest of the site.  I have set up the Reiki & Crystal Healing page which will give you information on the beautiful Crystalline Phoenix Selenite from New Mexico which I am introducing into my healing sessions.  The next Reiki Share Group will be Sat 9 Feb  11.00-1.00pm.

Also: check out the new Raw Carrot Cake recipe on the Raw Fusion page – it doesn’t have to be dehydrated but I did just to create that little bit more of a cake feel.

We coming into the last week of classes at the studio – I’ll be popping in with Shadow on Thursday & Friday morning.  The yoga timetable will start up again on Monday 13 January complete with all the lunch time classes.

Have a very special Xmas break – do give me feedback on anything you’d like me to add to the site (still learning the ropes with this!) or classes you’d like to see on the timetable.
