Serenity Day

Sunday 1 December  10.00-4.00pm

Join Trish, Brenda and Derek @ the studio.  Trish will have her stand of new crystals, books and cards and of course –  her warm, supportive energy offering guidance and wisdom.

Brenda will be available for kinesiology treatments – pop by on the off chance, or book your session: 027 305 1560.  Book a 30 min treatment for $30, or an hour $60.

Derek – who joins us on the Market Days is available for Reiki & Healing. You can also pre-book your session: 021 180 3505.  $30 for 1/2 hour, or $60 for an hour.

Noeline makes sure that there’s plenty of delicious food with her homemade goodies & refreshments.

Shadow

Meet Shadow – he quietly sits through all the yoga classes. Mindful that it is a time to rest …..and definitely restore. He may raise an eyebrow and mostly is “just in the moment”. Always aware and gently stretches as the singing bowls announce the end of the session.

Crystal Bowl & Didgeridoo Sound Meditation

Join Bev Edwards (Shekina) and Jason for a beautiful sound session which will transport you to a place of deep healing.  Bev’s Crystal bowl vibrates a wonderful sound and as her story weaves through the air Jason accompanies with the didgeridoo.  A truely magical combination.

Sunday 24 Nov – Join Swami Ratnamurti for Yoga Wisdom: a mellow and insightful session which is suitable for all levels. AP’s and concession cards are valid, or $18 casual rate. This is the last Sunday session for the year and this special monthly class will recommence in February.

The studio closes on Saturday 21 December. The last class of the year is Friday 20 December @ 9.30am.

(Reiki Share Group, Meditation, Healing Yoga will all be back in January. Oms n Light Annie)

Welcome to Whispered Secrets Yoga & Healing Centre Blog spot. Once I get the hang of how this all works I’ll share what happens at our little centre here on Auckland’s North Shore in New Zealand. Coming up this Saturday 16  Nov  – join us for Whispered Secrets Holistic Market from 11.00-4.00pm. This niche market offers quality stalls along side healers, therapist, readers and free seminars. Education and sharing knowledge is our focus and offering a chance for people to relax and experience a variety of healing modalities.

The topics for our FREE SEMINARS are:

11.15am Juice up with Greens with me (Annie) I’ll make and share my favourite Green Juice and discuss how important Greens are in our diet.

12.00pm Dream Making with Bev Edwards (Shekina)
