Jeffree is beginning a series of live meditation gatherings as a way of keeping in touch with those who have attended his courses and to also provide a more on going social component to the meditation classes and workshops he has been running.

The ‘Simply Sunday’ gatherings will provide the opportunity for you to share in a regular group meditation atmosphere, to receive updates, refresh and exchange ideas and discussions relating to your meditations and of course, enjoy a relaxing afternoon of healing and music in concert.

This event is FREE with Koha donations gratefully accepted.

Jeffree has a lot to share with you regarding meditation on a global level.  It is an exciting time so we do hope you will make these Sundays a ‘not-to-miss’ event in your diaries.  Meditators and ‘potential meditators’ are welcome.
